Send

Send USDC to anyone — by @username, wallet address, QR scan, or saved contact.

How to send

1. Tap Send on the dashboard.
2. Enter the amount using the keypad, then tap Continue.
3. Choose Username or Wallet mode.
4. Type a recipient — or tap a saved contact chip to fill instantly.
5. Optionally tap the QR icon to scan a QR code instead of typing.
6. Add an optional note and tap Send.

Recipient formats

@username

Any HushCash username — resolved to their wallet automatically.

0x address

Any valid Arc wallet address.

QR scan

Tap the QR icon inside the address field. The camera opens and scans continuously — no button needed.

Saved contact

Tap a contact chip above the input to fill in the recipient in one tap.

QR scanner

On the recipient step, tap the QR icon or the "Scan QR to fill address" button. HushCash opens your rear camera and scans continuously. When a code is detected it fills in the recipient and switches mode automatically.

Supported: HushCash profile URLs (hushcash.xyz/u/username), bare 0x addresses, and EIP-681 payment URIs.

Saving contacts

After a successful send, a prompt appears to save the recipient as a named contact. Type a label (e.g. "Alice", "Mom") and tap save. The contact appears as a chip the next time you open Send. See Contacts for more.

Privacy

Your username is never exposed to the sender — they enter it explicitly or scan your QR. Wallet-level on-chain privacy via Arc Privacy is coming in a future release.
