Features
HushCash Pay
A merchant payment solution built on USDC. Accept payments directly — no card terminals, no bank accounts, no intermediaries.
How it works
Merchant generates QR
The merchant creates a HushCash Pay QR code from their wallet address or payment link — either in-app or printed for in-store use.
Customer scans or enters address
The customer scans the QR code with any compatible wallet or pastes the merchant's address into HushCash Send.
Pay in USDC, see VND equivalent
The payment screen shows the amount in USDC and the live VND equivalent at current rates — no mental math required.
Instant settlement
USDC lands in the merchant's wallet on Arc within seconds. No bank, no intermediary, no waiting.
USDC / VND
HushCash Pay displays live USDC ↔ VND rates on the payment screen. Merchants set prices in VND — HushCash calculates the exact USDC amount the customer needs to send. The rate is fetched in real time so both parties always see the current value.
Example:
Merchant sets
500,000 VND
Customer pays
~20.00 USDC
Why HushCash Pay
No intermediary
Payments go directly from customer wallet to merchant wallet. HushCash never holds the funds.
Stable value
USDC is pegged 1:1 to the US dollar — merchants avoid the volatility risk of other crypto assets.
VND display
Prices and amounts are shown in VND alongside USDC, making it familiar for both merchants and customers.
Print-ready QR
Merchants can download and print their payment QR to use at counters, on invoices, or in menus.
Near-zero fees
Arc network gas is a fraction of a cent in USDC — far cheaper than card processing or bank transfers.
Payment memos
Arc's transaction memo system lets you attach structured context directly to a payment — invoice numbers, reference codes, categories, or notes. The memo is recorded on-chain alongside the transfer and can be indexed for reconciliation, reporting, or accounting.
Invoice / reference
Attach your invoice ID or PO number so the payment is traceable without manual matching.
Category tag
Label payments by type — services, rent, goods — for automated bookkeeping.
Note or message
Add a short note visible only to sender and recipient.
Selective disclosure
Not every field in a transaction needs to be equally visible. HushCash lets you choose disclosure per memo field — publish what helps, protect what doesn't.
Public fields
Visible on-chain to anyone — useful for audits, reconciliation, and third-party verification. Typical choices: amount, date, category, invoice reference.
Private fields
Encrypted and accessible only to sender and recipient. Typical choices: personal notes, customer identity, internal references. Cryptographic enforcement via Arc Privacy — coming soon.
Fully transparent mode
For use cases that require full auditability — corporate treasury, regulated payments, or public grant disbursements — you can mark all memo fields public. Every detail is on-chain and verifiable.
The goal is flexibility: a freelancer might publish their invoice reference but keep the client's name private; a coffee shop might share category and amount for accounting but hide the customer note. Selective disclosure means you decide what the world sees.
Use cases
- —Coffee shops and restaurants — print QR at the counter; attach category tags for daily reconciliation.
- —Freelancers — send a pay link on invoices with the invoice number embedded as a public memo.
- —Online stores — embed a payment QR in order confirmation emails; reference order IDs on-chain.
- —Cross-border payments — receive USD-equivalent without a foreign bank account; keep recipient identity private.
- —Corporate payroll or grants — publish amount and category for auditors while keeping personal details off-chain.
